CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant $20-23/hour
About The Position
Trailpoint Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and deliver individualized care that respects each resident’s dignity. The role requires physical stamina, collaboration with nursing and facility teams, and clear interpersonal communication. Requirements
- Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.
