About The Position

Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents across Otterbein’s independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. The role offers the flexibility to choose when and where to work, with open shifts across Otterbein locations and the opportunity to set scheduling preferences. CNAs support nurses directing resident care and provide person-centered, compassionate care that respects residents and their choices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification from the State of Ohio.
• Pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• At least 6 months of direct-care CNA/STNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible in their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient, and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise or as assigned.
