About The Position
Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide person-centered care to residents. Staff may choose where, when, and how frequently they work, with access to open shifts across Otterbein’s independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. The position offers 8-hour and 12-hour shifts across all shifts, with weekday pay of $21 per hour and weekend pay of $23 per hour. CNAs provide support under the supervision of a nurse and help residents remain comfortable and as independent as possible.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved certified nursing assistant program.
- CNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
- Pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- At least 6 months of direct care CNA experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and timely care documentation.
- Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
