About The Position

Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support nurses directing resident care. The role provides person-centered care that respects residents and their choices, helping them remain comfortable and as independent as possible. Staff can choose where, when, and how frequently they work across Otterbein locations and care services. PRN opportunities are available, with all shifts offered in 8-hour and 12-hour formats. Pay is $21 per hour on weekdays and $23 per hour on weekends.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification required from the State of Ohio.
• Must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• At least 6 months of direct-care CNA/STNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks, including bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and remain as independent as possible in their daily lives.
• Document care accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as needs arise or as assigned.
