About The Position
Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide person-centered care to residents across its senior living and care settings. Staffing Agency team members can choose where, when, and how frequently they work, with access to open shifts in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. The role supports residents’ comfort, independence, and daily choices while working under the supervision of a nurse. Available shifts include 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, and the position is PRN. Pay is $21 per hour on weekdays and $23 per hour on weekends. Otterbein describes its employees as “Partners in Caring” and emphasizes compassionate, quality care and a supportive community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required in the State of Ohio.
- Must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- At least 6 months of direct-care CNA experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible in their daily lives.
- Complete care documentation accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as needs arise or as assigned.
