About The Position
Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide person-centered care to residents. Staff may choose where, when, and how frequently they work, with access to open shifts across Otterbein’s independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. The role supports residents’ comfort, independence, and daily choices while contributing to compassionate, quality care. This is a PRN position with all shifts available in 12-hour and 8-hour options. Pay is $21 per hour on weekdays and $23 per hour on weekends. DailyPay is offered.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved certified nursing assistant program.
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Indiana.
- Must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- At least 6 months of direct-care CNA experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks, including bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help residents feel comfortable and remain as independent as possible in their daily lives.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and timely care documentation.
- Perform other duties as needs arise and/or are assigned.
