About The Position
The Shores, a United Methodist Communities community in Ocean City, New Jersey, is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for its Assisted Living team. The role supports residents with personalized daily care and helps create a comfortable, engaging, resident-focused community. The posted pay range is $21.50–$24.25 per hour, based on experience, with shift differentials available. Schedules are 11 a.m.–7 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; weekend and holiday hours are distributed through a rotating team schedule. The Shores serves residents in assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. The organization offers a supportive team environment and describes a history of more than 100 years serving New Jersey seniors and nine years of Great Place to Work recognition. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active New Jersey CNA certification.
- Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
- Ability to produce a negative drug test.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal support, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and other routine activities.
- Follow resident care guidelines and complete required charting and documentation in a timely manner.
- Observe residents throughout the day and communicate updates, concerns, or changes to the nursing team.
- Support residents with meals, mobility, transfers, and other activities that contribute to their well-being.
- Build positive relationships with residents and collaborate with nurses and fellow team members to support quality services.
- Help maintain a comfortable, organized, and resident-focused community environment.
