About The Position
RMCare Talent Solutions is Rocky Mountain Care’s internal staffing team, offering CNA shifts exclusively within Rocky Mountain Care communities, with no outside agency assignments. CNAs can choose their availability and be connected with shifts that fit their schedule. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN flexibility, with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. The role serves facilities across Salt Lake County and other listed areas in Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho. The position pays $19–$21 per hour, with night and weekend shift differentials. The organization describes the work environment as supported by leadership and clinical teams and offers full benefits to eligible full-time employees.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state in which services are provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Current Food Handler Permit when applicable.
- Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Take and document vital signs.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Communicate residents’ needs and changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
