About The Position
Rocky Mountain Care’s internal staffing team, RMCare Talent Solutions, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to work exclusively within Rocky Mountain Care communities. This float-pool role offers flexible scheduling, with shifts matched to the employee’s availability. Assignments are within Rocky Mountain Care facilities; no outside agency assignments are required. Opportunities are available in Salt Lake County and other listed service areas, with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. The position pays $19–$21 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state where services are provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Current Food Handler Permit when applicable.
- No disciplinary action in effect against certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Take and document vital signs.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Communicate residents’ needs and changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
