About The Position
Rocky Mountain Care’s RMCare Talent Solutions internal staffing team is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to work within Rocky Mountain Care communities in the Springfield, Missouri area. This internal float-pool opportunity offers flexibility to choose availability and connect with suitable shifts, while providing W-2 employment and support from one healthcare organization. There are no outside agency assignments. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are offered, with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. Pay is $19–$21 per hour, with night and weekend shift differentials. Full benefits are available to eligible full-time employees.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing in the state where services are provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Current Food Handler Permit when applicable.
- No disciplinary action in effect against the CNA certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Take and document vital signs.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Communicate residents’ needs and changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
