About The Position

RMCare Talent Solutions is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for its internal staffing team serving Rocky Mountain Care communities. The role offers flexible scheduling across skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and hospice settings. Nurses may choose from full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available. Pay is $38–$40 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.

LPNs provide direct patient care, monitor residents’ conditions, administer ordered medications and treatments, assist with assessments and care planning, and document care in electronic medical records. They work with physicians, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes and promote a safe, compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Food Handler Permit as required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care and/or home health and hospice is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
