About The Position
RMCare Talent Solutions is the internal staffing team for Rocky Mountain Care and offers Licensed Practical Nurses flexible scheduling opportunities across its communities. LPNs may work in skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and hospice settings across the listed service areas. The role provides direct care and supports positive patient outcomes while working with clinical teams in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Pay is $38.00–$40.00 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. The position is in person and may require travel of up to 25%.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted LPN license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with assessments and care planning.
- Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
- Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
