About The Position

RMCare Talent Solutions is the internal staffing team for Rocky Mountain Care, offering LPN opportunities across its family of communities. This float-pool role provides flexible scheduling and opportunities to work in skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and hospice settings. The position is available full-time, part-time, and PRN, with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $38–$40 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Work is in person, with travel of up to 25%.

Requirements

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Food Handler Permit, as required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care and/or home health and hospice is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
