About The Position

RMCare Talent Solutions is the internal staffing team for Rocky Mountain Care, offering registered nurses flexible float-pool assignments across its family of communities. Nurses may work in skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, or hospice settings. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts and the ability to choose a schedule. Compensation is $43–$45 per hour, with shift differentials and a mileage stipend. Travel is up to 25%.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide wound care and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Develop and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support residents, patients, and families with compassionate care.
