About The Position

Beaches is hiring energetic, outgoing Sales Associates for multiple Salt Lake County locations. This commission-driven, guest-facing role involves connecting with guests, recommending products and services, building memberships, and driving sales while helping guests look and feel their best. Associates earn base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and performance incentives, with the opportunity for their effort and sales skills to directly affect their earnings. The position offers flexible scheduling and requires availability across seven days, including morning or closing shifts.
