Beaches is hiring an energetic, outgoing Sales Associate to connect with guests, recommend products and services, build memberships, and drive sales. This is a people-focused, commission-driven role where sales effort and skills can directly affect earnings. The associate provides engaging guest service, helps guests find products and services suited to their needs, and contributes to a fun, high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with guests and create an exceptional experience.
- Drive memberships, upgrades, and product and service sales.
- Earn base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
- Deliver high-energy, engaging guest service.
- Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly goals.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready.
