About The Position
Beaches is hiring energetic, outgoing Sales Associates to connect with guests, recommend products and services, build memberships, drive sales, and help guests look and feel their best. This is a people-focused, commission-driven opportunity where individual effort and sales skills can affect earnings. Associates receive base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions for meeting and exceeding sales goals, and contribute to a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with guests and create an exceptional experience.
- Drive memberships, upgrades, and product and service sales.
- Earn base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
- Deliver high-energy, engaging guest service.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly goals.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready.
