About The Position
Concordia at Bethlen Skilled Nursing is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time, part-time, and casual/PRN roles. Pay is based on experience, and employees accrue vacation time at a higher rate based on certified experience. On-demand pay is available. Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of a Nurse Aide training program.
- Current Pennsylvania Nurse Aide license in good standing.
- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is sought.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, and bladder and bowel management.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning, and positioning.
- Document the care provided.
- Provide treatment according to the ADL/treatment book.
- Answer resident call bells and respond promptly to residents’ needs.
