About The Position

This role is a "Nuclear Fusion of Cognition and Resources." For the first 90 days, 80% of your time will be spent observing high-level strategic sessions and executive decision-making meetings, shadowing the CEO and experiencing the frontlines of AI-payment strategy. You will be personally mentored on the underlying business logic of FinTech. Every month, you will have deep exposure to 1–5 high-net-worth founders and CEOs. You will support the CEO with scheduling and high-detail logistics, and be in the room for discussions on global currency trends and payment strategies. This is a training ground for top-tier networking, resources, and strategic depth that money simply cannot buy. We don't care about seniority; we care about ambition. Requirements

  • Recent Canadian University/Master’s graduates or 0–2 years of experience (Any major; your ambition matters more than your degree).
  • Near-native fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • High EQ required to communicate as a peer to C-suite executives.
  • Relentless execution (perfecting the small things).
  • Deep analytical thinking.
  • Grit.
  • Fanatical curiosity for FinTech and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Shadow the CEO in high-level strategic sessions and executive decision-making meetings.
  • Receive mentorship on the underlying business logic of FinTech.

  • Participate in discussions on global currency trends and payment strategies.
