About The Position

The Central Supply CNA coordinates facility supply ordering, inventory, distribution, and equipment cleaning while supporting resident transportation and appointments. The role works with nursing and other staff to maintain supply levels and follows infection-control procedures, professional standards, company policies, and applicable requirements. Requirements

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering of house stock and chargeable supplies with nursing and other staff.
• Maintain PAR levels established with the Director of Nursing.
• Verify supply orders upon delivery, inspect for damaged goods, and compare deliveries against purchase orders.
• Accurately enter and maintain supply data using company software programs.
• Distribute supplies to appropriate locations.
• Assist with daily and monthly physical inventory.
• Ensure the supply room is properly secured.
• Clean equipment in compliance with infection-control procedures.
• Coordinate and validate outside equipment rentals.
• Protect and service the facility by following professional standards, company policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements.
• Coordinate transportation and appointments for residents.
