About The Position

The Central Supply Clerk supports the Environmental Services Director by ensuring the skilled nursing facility has the supplies needed to provide care and services. The role maintains facility inventory, tracks assigned equipment, supports end-of-month charges, scans patient charge barcodes, and restocks supplies across the facility’s four units. The position is based in a clean, state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and stock the facility according to inventory needs.
• Monitor assigned equipment tracking, including hand-held nebulizers, suction machines, and feeding pumps.
• Assist with end-of-month charges from the Central Department.
• Scan patient charge barcodes three times a week for items used by each patient across all four facility units.
• Complete inventory three times a week while scanning charges.
• Restock items three times a week to keep each unit supplied.
