About The Position

The Central Supply Clerk assists the Environmental Services director in ensuring a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility has the supplies needed to provide care and services. The role maintains facility inventory, tracks assigned equipment, processes central department charges, scans patient charge barcodes, and restocks supplies across the facility’s four units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and stock the facility based on inventory needs.
• Monitor assigned equipment tracking, including hand-held nebulizers, suction machines, and feeding pumps.
• Assist with end-of-month charges from the Central Department.
• Scan patient charge barcodes three times a week for items used by each patient on all four facility units.
• Complete inventory three times a week when scanning charges.
• Restock all items three times a week to keep each unit supplied.
