About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI), an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona, is hiring a Staff Centralized Scheduler. The role ensures accurate, timely, and appropriate daily staffing for CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point facilities. The scheduler must understand the functions, services, populations, levels of care, and staffing requirements of each applicable program, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency are important.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Arizona driver’s license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred.
• One year of experience working in a medical practice setting, behavioral health field, administrative role, staff scheduling, or medical scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate daily staffing of Community Bridges Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point facilities.
• Maintain specific knowledge of the functions, services, populations, levels of care, and staffing requirements for each CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point program.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams.
