About The Position

The Center Store Team Member supports daily grocery operations and helps create a clean, organized, welcoming shopping experience. The role includes stocking, merchandising, product rotation, cashiering, and customer assistance throughout Center Store areas, while contributing to store readiness and consistent operations. It is an opportunity to build retail skills and grow within a values-driven cooperative environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain accurate pricing throughout Center Store areas.
• Keep aisles, displays, and backroom spaces clean, organized, and ready for shoppers.
• Assist customers with product questions, locating items, and friendly service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, cashier, bag, and provide carry-out assistance when needed.
• Support merchandising, promotional displays, and seasonal transitions.
• Follow food safety, inventory-handling, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support store operations.
