About The Position

We are hiring Local CDL-A drivers in Aurora, CO for a dedicated refrigerated grocery operation. Drivers receive competitive mileage pay, additional stop and delay pay, newer equipment, and regular home-daily opportunities. This role involves dedicated local grocery freight, refrigerated trailers, and a mix of live unload and drop-and-hook. The operating area is Colorado and Cheyenne, WY, with no mountain driving required for the local fleet. The operation runs 24/7, and drivers should be comfortable with refrigerated, multi-stop freight.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience
• Must be flexible with shifts and start times
• Comfortable with refrigerated, multi-stop freight
• Able to commit up to 70 hours per week
• Must pass a phone interview

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer for dedicated local grocery freight.
• Complete approximately 1-3 loads per day.
• Handle a mix of live unload and drop-and-hook.
• Adhere to a 6 days on / 2 days off schedule.
• Be available for nights, evenings, and early mornings.
• Be available for weekend work.
• Commit up to 70 hours per week.

Benefits

• $1,450–$1,581 estimated weekly earnings
• $0.70–$0.80 CPM based on experience
• $17 per stop
• $24/hour delay pay after 2 hours, up to $150
• Up to 3% safety and on-time bonus
