About The Position

Drive dedicated grocery freight from Marianna, Florida, on local routes throughout the Florida Panhandle and southern Alabama, with occasional shuttle runs to Georgia. Freight includes refrigerated and dry van loads, and deliveries are no-touch. Drivers are based at the Marianna yard and use a late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia day cab with a reefer trailer. The position offers daily home time, a five-day workweek, and guaranteed weekly pay of $1,100. Average annual pay is $57,000+, with additional mileage pay, stop pay, and a quarterly loyalty bonus based on years of service. Pay is issued weekly. Morning start times fall between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, and weekend work is required.

Requirements

Hold a valid Class A CDL.
Have at least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
Be at least 22 years old.
Have no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions.
Have no more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
Hold a valid DOT Medical Card.
Drivers with SAP status are not eligible.
Create a profile with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hiring.
Meet English-language requirements for communicating, understanding traffic signs, responding to official inquiries, and completing reports.
