About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens. The driver is a customer-facing partner responsible for safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. The depot is located at 8351 Bristol Ct, Suite 105, Jessup, MD 20794. The schedule is Saturday through Tuesday, with four 10-hour shifts each week starting at 11:00 P.M. The position pays $35.00 per hour, consisting of a $30.00 base rate and a $5.00-per-hour Weekend Warrior premium. Shift differential and overtime pay may apply, and the position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Base pay may increase through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs. Restaurant Technologies provides bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry. Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Have a strong safety mindset.
Meet the stated driving-record expectations: limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations in the past 36 months, and no speeding over 100 mph in the past 5 years.
Pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; a positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana, disqualifies applicants.
Be subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual ability.
Comfort using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes to deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
Safely connect truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
