About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes from the North Billerica, Massachusetts depot. The driver delivers cooking oil to commercial kitchens, connects truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload oil, monitors tank levels to prevent supply interruptions, and provides safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. The role uses company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance, and requires adherence to DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, three 13-hour shifts per week starting at 3:00 P.M. One overnight hotel stay is required each week. The position pays $36.50 per hour, consisting of a $31.50 base rate and a $5.00 per-hour Weekend Warrior shift premium. Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the role is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Base pay may increase with weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement. The work involves lifting up to 50 pounds and physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting. Candidates are subject to DOT-mandated pre-employment drug testing and, after hire, random DOT drug and alcohol testing. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Strong safety mindset.
Safe driving record expectations: limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations in the past 36 months, and no speeding over 100 mph in the past five years.
Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED is highly preferred.
Two or more years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual ability.
Comfort using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
