About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck weighing 12,000–20,000 lb. GVW on local routes. The driver delivers cooking oil to commercial kitchens, safely and accurately connecting truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload oil. The role includes monitoring tank levels, providing excellent customer service, and using company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance. Drivers are expected to uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts each week starting at 3:00 P.M. Routes are local, and there is no freight to move. The position is based at the Tualatin, Oregon depot. Pay is $30.00 per hour; a shift differential may apply, and the role is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay include weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs.

Candidates must meet the stated driving-record expectations and pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Drivers are also subject to random DOT drug and alcohol testing after hire. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Safe driving record over the past 36 months, with limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• No speeding over 100 mph in the past five years.
• Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; a positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana (THC), disqualifies applicants.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Two or more years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
