About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens. The driver is responsible for safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Routes may include one overnight hotel stay as needed, and there is no freight to move. The role uses company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance and requires following DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. The position is based at the depot at 16030 Carmenita Rd., Cerritos, CA 90703. The schedule is Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with three 12-hour shifts each week starting at 12:00 A.M. Pay is $30.00 per hour; shift differential and overtime pay may apply. The role is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year, and opportunities to increase base pay through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs are available.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Have a strong safety mindset.
Have a safe driving record, with limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations in the past 36 months.
Have no speeding over 100 mph in the past five years.
Pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; a positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana (THC), disqualifies applicants.
Be subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
At least two years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual ability.
Comfort using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes.
