About The Position

Carvana is seeking a CDL A Local Truck Driver to join their team. In this role, you will be home daily, transporting vehicles between production facilities and delivery hubs. The position offers competitive pay with a pay-per-mile compensation structure, bonus opportunities (night route differential, quarterly bonus, extra day pay), and predictable schedules with a quarterly bid process for shifts. Carvana provides fully paid training for operating their 9-car haulers, even if you don't have prior car-hauling experience. Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 6 months of tractor trailer in last 3 years or equivalent Military experience

• No Car-Hauling Experience? No Problem. We provide fully paid, top-tier training to safely load and operate our 9-car haulers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance
• Loading and securing vehicles on our 9 car haulers
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining driver log
• Transporting vehicles between Carvana locations
• Must adhere to the delivery schedule
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars
• Communicate with transportation team
