About The Position

BB8 Freight Co. is hiring full-time CDL-A flatbed company drivers to transport freight safely while earning $2,500–$3,500 per week, with the possibility of earning up to $4,000 during peak periods. The role offers weekly payment, steady year-round freight, well-maintained equipment, dispatch support, and consistent, predictable home time. Drivers are expected to follow safety regulations and company policies, communicate with dispatch, and maintain their assigned truck and equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Verifiable CDL-A flatbed driving experience.
• Clean driving record (MVR) with no major recent violations.
• Pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle while transporting flatbed freight.
• Secure, strap, chain, and tarp loads according to safety regulations.
• Inspect cargo and confirm loads are properly secured before and during transit.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and deliveries.
• Complete pickups and deliveries on time while driving safely.
• Keep the assigned truck and equipment clean and in good working condition.
