This position offers paid training for new CDL holders, followed by an opportunity to earn between $1,200 to $1,800 per week running Over-The-Road (OTR). The company provides straight answers for new drivers and hires individuals with zero experience, provided they have at least 120 hours from CDL school. Training is paid, with drivers working one-on-one with an experienced mentor. Once solo, drivers can expect to earn approximately $62,400 to $93,600 annually, based on mileage pay and an additional $15 per stop, covering 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week. Pay is weekly via direct deposit. The driving lanes are east of Denver, excluding the Northeast, and involve a mix of drop-and-hook, live load, live unload, and preloads. Drivers are home every two weeks and are assigned a late-model automatic or 10-speed truck, approximately 1.5 years old, with 24/7 dispatch.
