This position is for CDL-A drivers, including entry-level candidates fresh out of CDL school. The role involves western regional runs, with drivers never being out for more than three days and no runs east of the Mississippi. Lanes include the Midwest and Texas, with no East Coast runs. Weekends are part of the schedule. The company provides paid training and support for new drivers, including trip planning and a dedicated driver leader for assistance. New drivers will spend 4-6 weeks driving with a mentor, learning essential skills, and will be assigned a late-model truck. A guaranteed minimum weekly pay is provided for the first three months after going solo.
