About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul regional Amazon freight from its yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, Georgia, near Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Routes stay within 550 miles of College Park, and drivers are never more than two days out. The role offers a 4-days-on/4-days-off schedule or the option to submit weekly availability and work only on the days selected, with routes running a maximum of 14 hours. Drivers receive a 10-hour reset at home between two-day runs. Full-time and part-time arrangements are available.

Work consists of 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook Amazon freight. Drivers do not load or unload freight and do not use tarps, straps, or scanners. The fleet consists of 2022 and newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. No doubles, triples, hazmat, or refrigerated freight are involved.

Compensation is $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, with overtime after 40 hours and weekly pay every Wednesday. Drivers may be eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months. Orientation is paid. Medical, dental, and vision coverage with family coverage is available after three months. Full-time drivers can receive up to 50 hours per week; safe drivers with greater availability may receive more hours. A driver referral program is also offered.

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21, live within 45 miles of College Park, and hold a valid DOT medical card. They must have a clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years and pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test. All experience levels are welcome; Georgia CDL holders are preferred, and OTR experience is a plus. Second-chance and SAP drivers are welcome. The hiring process includes an online application, recruiter screening, online paperwork, an in-person drug screen and road test, and a paid six-hour orientation near the airport. Drivers are employed directly by All Steady Logistics, not Amazon.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; Georgia CDL preferred.
