About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring part-time, weekend-only Class A CDL drivers to haul 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook Amazon freight from its yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, Georgia, near Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Drivers may keep a weekday job and work on the weekend days they report available. Availability is provided a week ahead, and drivers are not scheduled on days they are unavailable. Routes stay within 550 miles of College Park, and drivers are never out more than two days. Full-time work may also be available later.

Pay is $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, paid weekly on Wednesdays, with overtime after 40 hours. Drivers may be eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months. Paid orientation and a driver referral program are also offered. Equipment consists of 2022-or-newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. The work does not involve loading or unloading, tarps, straps, scanners, doubles, triples, hazmat, or refrigerated freight.

This position is employed directly by All Steady Logistics, an Amazon Freight Partner, not by Amazon. All experience levels, including recent CDL graduates, are welcome. The company is a second-chance and equal-opportunity employer, and SAP drivers are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; a Georgia CDL is preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no recent violations in the past two years.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.
