About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to transport Amazon Freight Partner loads from its yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, Georgia, just south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Drivers work directly for All Steady Logistics, not Amazon.

The position offers a flexible schedule: drivers choose their available days each week and submit availability one week ahead. Routes are scheduled only on available days, run no longer than 14 hours, stay within 550 miles of College Park, and involve no more than two days away. A 4-on/4-off rotation is also available. Drivers may work part-time or full-time; full-time drivers can receive up to 50 hours per week.

Work consists of 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook Amazon freight. Drivers use 2022 or newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. Pay is $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, with overtime after 40 hours and weekly pay every Wednesday. Paid orientation is provided, and eligible drivers may receive a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including family coverage, is available after three months. All experience levels, including new CDL graduates, are welcome. The employer also welcomes second-chance and SAP drivers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; a Georgia CDL is preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.
