About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul Amazon freight from its yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, Georgia, just south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Drivers work directly for All Steady Logistics, an Amazon Freight Partner, and are not employed by Amazon.

Drivers operate 2022 or newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. The work is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook freight, with no loading or unloading. Routes stay within 550 miles of College Park and are never more than two days out. The role offers a 4-on/4-off schedule or availability-based scheduling, with full-time or part-time options. Routes run a maximum of 14 hours.

Pay is $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, with overtime after 40 hours and weekly pay every Wednesday. Drivers receive paid orientation, and may be eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months. Medical, dental, and vision coverage with family coverage is available after three months. Full-time drivers can receive up to 50 hours per week, and safe drivers with greater availability may receive more hours. New CDL graduates and drivers with SAP are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; a Georgia CDL is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.

Responsibilities
