CDL-A No-Touch Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A driver to haul 100% no-touch dry van freight consisting of general commodities. Drivers operate established freight lanes throughout the lower 48 states, with organized dispatch support and mostly drop-and-hook loads. Weekly home time is scheduled, and stated weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,600, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay during the first 90 days. Available tractors include 2017–2022 Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt models. Equipment availability varies. Trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions, an APU, and an inverter. Paid orientation lasts four days. Transportation is provided by flight or rental car, meals are included, and drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay. Requirements
- At least 6 months of driving experience within the last 24 months, or 1 year of experience within the last 3 years.
- A CDL-A license in the driver's state of residence.
- Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
- A current DOT physical, or willingness to obtain a new one with assistance toward the cost.
