CDL-A No-Touch Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A driver to haul 100% no-touch, general commodity dry van freight across established lanes throughout the lower 48 states. Most loads are drop-and-hook, and drivers are not required to load or unload freight. Organized load planning and driver-friendly scheduling support steady freight movement and weekly home time. Pay is $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay during the first 90 days. Equipment options include 2017–2022 Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors with automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters. The position includes a four-day paid orientation, with transportation by flight or rental car, meals, and $1,000 in orientation pay. Requirements
- Hold a CDL-A license in the state of residence.
- Have 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year of experience in the last 3 years.
- Have experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
- Have a current DOT physical, or obtain assistance with the cost of getting a new one.
Responsibilities
- Haul general commodity freight in dry van trailers throughout the lower 48 states.
- Transport freight using no-touch operations; most loads are drop-and-hook.
