About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers to transport Amazon freight from its yard in College Park, Georgia. Drivers handle 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight on routes that stay within 550 miles of College Park. Drivers are never more than two days out. The schedule is four days on and four days off: drivers are out for two days, return home for a 10-hour reset, go out for two more days, and then have four days off. Drivers may pick up extra routes on days off. Full-time drivers can work up to 50 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours.

Drivers operate 2022 or newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. The work does not involve loading or unloading, tarps, straps, or scanners. Routes do not involve doubles, triples, hazmat, or reefer freight.

The position pays $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, with weekly pay every Wednesday. Drivers may qualify for a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including family coverage, is available after three months. Orientation is paid and lasts six hours near the airport. Applicants apply online, complete paperwork, and take an in-person drug screen and road test; hiring is subject to background clearance. Employees work directly for All Steady Logistics, not Amazon.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; a Georgia CDL is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years.
• Hold a valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of driving experience preferred; all experience levels are welcome.
• Georgia CDL preferred.

Responsibilities
