About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul Amazon freight from its yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, Georgia, just south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Drivers are employed directly by All Steady Logistics, an Amazon Freight Partner, not by Amazon. The role offers $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, overtime after 40 hours, weekly pay every Wednesday, and full-time schedules of up to 50 hours per week. Drivers may be eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months, and the company offers a driver referral program and paid orientation.

Schedules include a 4-on/4-off option and availability-based scheduling: drivers provide the days they can work one week ahead and are scheduled only on those days. Routes run no longer than 14 hours, stay within 550 miles of College Park, and involve no more than two days away at a time. The work is 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook Amazon freight. Drivers use 2022 or newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including family coverage, is available after three months.

The hiring process includes an online application, recruiter screening, online paperwork, an in-person drug screen and road test, and a paid six-hour orientation near the airport. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; a Georgia CDL is preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.
