About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul 100% no-touch Amazon freight from its College Park, Georgia yard at 2856 Sullivan Road, just south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Drivers work directly for All Steady Logistics, an Amazon Freight Partner, not Amazon. Routes stay within 550 miles of College Park, and the schedule keeps drivers on the road for no more than two days at a time, followed by a 10-hour reset at home. Drivers then run for two more days and return home for four days, with the option to pick up extra routes. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

The job pays $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, with overtime after 40 hours and weekly pay every Wednesday. Drivers may be eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months. Orientation is paid. Trucks are 2022-or-newer automatic Kenworth T680s equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. The freight is drop-and-hook; there is no loading or unloading, tarping, strapping, or scanner use. The role does not involve doubles, triples, hazmat, or reefer freight.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including family coverage, is available after three months. Full-time drivers can work up to 50 hours per week, and safe drivers with greater availability may receive more hours. The hiring process includes an online application, recruiter screening, online paperwork, an in-person drug screen and road test, and paid six-hour orientation near the airport. Applicants who apply by Monday may be able to attend orientation the following Tuesday, subject to background clearance. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; a Georgia CDL is preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.
• All experience levels are welcome, including new CDL graduates.
