About The Position

Roseburg is seeking CDL-A drivers to join their western regional fleet. This position offers opportunities for new CDL holders to gain experience through paid training with a driver trainer. Drivers will typically be out for no more than 2 days at a time. After training, drivers will move into their own truck and receive guaranteed pay for the first three months. The freight is dry van across the 11 western states, with an average of 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks. There is an option to run beyond the western states for those seeking more miles. The company offers competitive weekly earnings, performance bonuses, and stop pay.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years old.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• CDL-A in hand with 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school (for new drivers).
• 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 5 years (for experienced drivers).

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van freight across the 11 western states.
• Complete 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week.
• Be home every 2 weeks.
• Train with an experienced driver trainer on real loads.
• Operate a truck solo after training is complete.
