About The Position

Yakima area drivers are joining a western regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road, pays them every week while they learn, and backs their first months solo with a guaranteed check. This role involves dry van freight across the western states, west of the Mississippi, with approximately 2,000 miles per week. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks, with day and night dispatch and weekend driving expected. New CDL holders will receive paid training with an experienced driver trainer, moving into their own truck on full pay once training is complete. The first three months of solo driving come with a guaranteed check.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Live within 200 miles of Troutdale, OR

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• Drive dry van freight across the western states, west of the Mississippi
• Operate a truck approximately 2,000 miles per week
• Be home every 2 weeks
• Handle day and night dispatch
• Perform weekend driving
