CDL A Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome - Paid Training
About The Position
This fleet operates similarly to Over-The-Road (OTR) but focuses on 27 states east of Denver, excluding the Northeast. New CDL holders will receive paid training and a guaranteed minimum income once they begin driving solo. The average weekly gross pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,800, with new solo drivers guaranteed $1,000 weekly for the first three months. Drivers can expect to drive between 1,800 to 2,400 miles per week. The freight mix includes drop and hook, as well as live loads and unloads. Riders and pets are permitted after the initial training period. Drivers typically get home every 2 to 3 weeks.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- New CDL graduates with 120+ hours of accredited CDL training are welcome
- Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Military experience considered with a valid DD214
- Valid license in current state of residence
- Verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
