About The Position
CULINAIRE, a provider of upscale food and beverage management services, is hiring a Catering Sales Manager for the Fort Worth Zoo. The role leads sales efforts for private events, corporate functions, weddings, social gatherings, and other special occasions at the zoo. The manager generates food and beverage sales, manages client relationships, coordinates event details, and drives catering revenue growth. As the primary client contact, the manager guides clients from their initial inquiry through event execution while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of catering, hospitality, event, or venue sales experience.
- Proven success meeting sales goals and growing revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.

- Experience with event management and CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new catering and event business opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries and conduct venue tours for prospective clients.
- Develop customized event proposals and catering packages.
- Negotiate contracts and manage event bookings.
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and event teams to support seamless event execution.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, community organizations, and event planners.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
