About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead its catering team at Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, Florida. The role combines hospitality, food presentation, team leadership, operations, and business development. Catering events range from casual business lunches to elaborate black-tie functions.

The Catering Manager oversees catering operations and staff, including preparation, assembly, setup, and service for functions; employee training and development; sales and pricing; and scheduling.
