About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented part-time dishwasher to support its banquet operations. The role is responsible for keeping the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and organized, ensuring dishes and equipment are ready for events, and collaborating with kitchen and banquet staff to support smooth service. The position requires regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts longer than 8 hours and workweeks longer than 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils used during events.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines.
• Store clean dishes and equipment neatly in their designated places.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, including regularly cleaning surfaces and floors.
• Manage trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal.
• Collaborate with banquet and kitchen staff to support smooth service and timely delivery of clean items.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Assist with additional tasks that support events.
