Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Must be able to read and write.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service.
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
  • Requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to navigate ramps, stairs, and aisles.
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and all major ticketed events.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job-specific safety training.

Responsibilities

  • Hand out uniform to team members and have them sign off that they received it.
  • Participate in the pre-event set up of binders and uniforms.
  • Visit assigned stands and ensure all the team members are present in the stands.
  • Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming standards.
